This group class focuses on the core principles of reformer pilates: simple, controlled movements, conscious breathing and correct body posture. We take the time to learn and build the fundamentals step by step, so that you become familiar with the technique in a calm manner.

This class is taught on Wednesdays and Thursdays by Jimmy, and on Saturdays by Aurora.

Our postnatal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help mothers build strength, regain stability and regain confidence in a safe and supportive environment after giving birth.
With an emphasis on core recovery, pelvic floor health and gentle, all-over strengthening of the body, these sessions target common postnatal complaints such as diastasis recti, lower back pain and postural issues from feeding and carrying your baby.
The reformer's controlled resistance allows you to perform precise, low-impact movements that support recovery and build deep, functional strength.
This class is taught every Friday morning by Viktoria.
