    After ordering, you'll receive a order number by email. Show this to the instructor before the class starts. They will collect your order for you.

  • Click & Collect Returns Policy – Hygiene Products

    1. Reflection period
      For online orders, there is a 14-day cooling-off period that starts on the day of collection.
    2. Hygiene exception
      The right of withdrawal expires if the seal on your socks or other hygiene product is broken after collection. Unopened, sealed packages can be returned.
    3. Reporting a return
      Report your return within 14 days by email or WhatsApp, stating your order number.
    4. Return
      Please return the product within 14 days of your notification or return it to the store; you bear the shipping risk. You can email us the track & trace information. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns by post. Returns to the studio are free.
    5. Condition of the product
      The item must be unopened, complete, and undamaged. We may deduct a depreciation in value if there are signs of wear.
    6. Refund
      We will refund the purchase amount (including standard collection costs) within 14 days of receipt of the returned product via the same payment method.
    7. Legal warranty
      2-year warranty. Defective during normal use? The statutory warranty rights apply, even if the seal is broken.

  • Retourbeleid Click & Collect – Hygiëneproducten

    1. Bedenktijd
      Voor online bestellingen geldt een bedenktijd van 14 kalender­dagen die ingaat op de dag van afhalen. 
    2. Hygiëne-uitzondering
      Het herroepingsrecht vervalt als de verzegeling van uw sokken of een ander hygiëne­product na afhalen is verbroken. Ongeopende, verzegelde verpakkingen kunnen wél retour. 
    3. Melden van retour
      Meld uw retour binnen 14 dagen per e-mail of whatsapp onder vermelding van bestelnummer. 
    4. Terugzenden
      Stuur het product uiterlijk 14 dagen na uw melding terug of lever het in de winkel; u draagt het risico bij verzending. U kunt de track & trace aan ons e-mailen. De kosten voor retourzendingen per post zijn voor de klant. Retourneren in de studio is gratis.
    5. Staat van het product
      Het artikel moet ongeopend, compleet en onbeschadigd zijn. Wij kunnen waardevermindering inhouden bij sporen van gebruik. 
    6. Terugbetaling
      Wij restitueren het aankoopbedrag (inclusief standaard afhaalkosten) binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product via dezelfde betaalmethode. 
    7. Wettelijke garantie
      2 jaar garantie. Defect bij normaal gebruik? Dan gelden de wettelijke garantie­rechten, óók als de verzegeling is verbroken.
